Clinical Rates
Clinical Consultation takes place by video-chat. Rates are as follows:
Client Sessions (Individuals & Couples)
Each plan is customized based on individual client needs, and is determined collaboratively with the client.
$395: Full-length sessions (including the initial session) last up to 75 minutes and take place via video chat during weekday business hours of 10:00AM-5:15PM*
$345: Recurring sessions. Most clients meet on a consistent, recurring basis every other week, in order to maintain momentum. Recurring sessions last up to 75 minutes and are discounted $50 per session (for a total of $345 per session)
$185: Brief check-ins. These last up to 25 minutes and are for established clients preparing to graduate
*After-hours appointments may be available on a limited basis and at higher rates. Fees for additional services or longer sessions are available upon request.
Ergœrotics® Consultation
$395 (75 minutes)
Product Education Consultation:
$185 (no product purchase required during this 25-minute phone consultation;
includes 20% discount on product purchases completed within 1 week)

Insurance
Dr. Howard does not accept insurance, but will be happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement through your health savings/ flexible spending account.

Rates for Consulting, Research, Education, and Speaking Engagements are available upon request.
Payment Methods
Credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and cash are accepted.
Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment for appointments is due at the time of service. For remote appointments (over telephone or video chat), payment or a credit card guarantee is due at the time of appointment scheduling.
Cancellation notice is 7 days in non-emergency situations. Dr. Howard will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling changes on short notice, when possible.
Payment for workshops is due at registration. Cancellation policies are outlined in registration details.
